This year’s Festival of the Arts saw a return of the art of cake baking and decorating.  Cakes were judged on presentation, texture and taste.  Judges were KMIZ channel 17’s morning news anchor, Lauren Gores ;  morning  weather  caster,  Neville Miller;  and  Fayette’s well known art teacher, Ann Schafer.
